Pioneering Bridge Co., Limited is a Saudi company specialised in supplying finishing materials for projects: marble and natural stone, doors, lighting, sanitary ware, aluminium and windows, smart systems, flooring and exterior cladding. We work with developers, contractors, consultants and owners, and give one project its items from their original sources through one supplier and one point of responsibility.
The idea began in 2011 when our founder Hisham Al-Otaibi, then a student in Guangzhou, saw the gap between the world’s factories and quarries and the projects in the Kingdom: a gap in knowledge, in approvals, and above all in trust. From Riyadh, since 2013, the company was built step by step into a house of expertise in selecting, approving and supplying materials.
We provide guarantees on the delivery of products according to their compliance with the required specifications, and the arrival of shipments in good condition. Some of our products are provided with replacement guarantees that are explicitly mentioned in the supply contract and include any manufacturing defects with the possibility of replacing the product within a period not exceeding 14 working days.
The supply period varies according to the nature of the requested product, its quantities, the extent of its availability, or the need for manufacturing. However, the supply period for regular orders usually takes from 2 to 4 months.

Yes. We prepare samples of the proposed material with its technical data to support material approval before production; the physical sample remains the final reference for colour and veining since stone is a natural material.
We serve projects with quantities that usually start from one full lot depending on the material; the minimum is stated in the quotation according to source and required sizes.
To project sites across all regions of Saudi Arabia, and to GCC countries depending on the project. Our scope includes shipping, customs clearance, and conformity and SABER certificates where required.
We inspect before shipping for type, appearance, dimensions, thickness, finish and quantities, document the inspection, and number slabs and packages per order so that what was approved in the sample is what reaches the site.
Stated in the formal quotation: clear staged payments tied to approval, preparation and shipping, by bank transfer to the company account.
