Pioneering Bridge Co., Limited is a Saudi company specialised in supplying finishing materials for projects: marble and natural stone, doors, lighting, sanitary ware, aluminium and windows, smart systems, flooring and exterior cladding. We work with developers, contractors, consultants and owners, and give one project its items from their original sources through one supplier and one point of responsibility.
The idea began in 2011 when our founder Hisham Al-Otaibi, then a student in Guangzhou, saw the gap between the world’s factories and quarries and the projects in the Kingdom: a gap in knowledge, in approvals, and above all in trust. From Riyadh, since 2013, the company was built step by step into a house of expertise in selecting, approving and supplying materials.
What sets us apart
- Agencies and direct relationships with factories, quarries and suppliers in China, Italy, Spain, Turkey, India and beyond — source prices, source specifications. - Marble and natural stone are the most demanding and visible finishing items, so they get special care: block selection, sorting and colour/vein matching, pre-shipment inspection and coding through to site. - The whole supply chain managed: from BOQ review, samples and approval, to fabrication, inspection, shipping, clearance and site delivery, with conformity documents and SABER certificates where required. - Dual presence in Riyadh and Guangzhou: close to the project, close to the source.

We supply finishing materials to projects in the Kingdom from their original sources, to an exact specification, at source prices and on time.
We build with our clients a partner’s relationship, not a passing supplier’s: we review the BOQ with them, propose alternatives, approve samples, and follow the material from quarry or factory to the project site — under one responsibility.
To be the Kingdom’s first reference for supplying finishing materials to projects — the name developers, contractors and consultants think of when they want a precisely specified material from its source — and to grow our agency network across the world’s best factories and quarries.
In 2011, while a student in Guangzhou, I saw every day the opportunities between the world’s factories and quarries and the projects in the Kingdom — and, in return, the gap that kept them apart: a gap in language, in knowledge, and above all in trust. From that simple observation, Pioneering Bridge was born.
The road was not short, and we did not look for shortcuts. We built the company step by step, learned from every project, and believed from day one that a client relationship is not a deal to close but a commitment to keep. That principle took us from an individual idea to a company specialised in finishing materials, with a presence in Riyadh and Guangzhou and agencies and relationships with the world’s best factories and quarries.
Today, as we supply projects with their marble and stone, doors, lighting, sanitary ware and smart systems, we know we carry more than goods: the face of a project people will see for years, and the trust of developers, contractors and consultants who put their name next to ours. That is why we treat every material as if it were going into our own homes.
